I am an HR professional, with over 30 years HR experience working in both public and private sector industries, working in unionised and non-unionised business environments. I have diverse industry experience including Charities, Defence, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Retail, Education, Healthcare, NHS, Transport, Logistics, Rail, Utilities, Construction, Housing, Trades, Facility Management, Recruitment, Engineering, Shipping, Local Government, Professional Services, Agriculture, Nuclear, Marine and Start-up Businesses.
A Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Fellow (FCIPD) who has worked with companies to develop their HR professionals, design HR apprenticeship schemes and start-up HR functions.
