About Kim Taylor (FCIPD)

Working in Human Resources across various industry sectors both public and private, unionized and non-unionized for over 25 years and prior to this as a statistician and computer program manager.  Throughout my career I have managed teams varying in size, this has given me invaluable understanding into the way people interact with each other in the workplace.

My approach is based on the need to be adaptable and responsive where possible, to see things from both sides along with providing pragmatic solutions, which will be different for each business and help Companies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and performance.

People issues and often HR can seem like they are surrounded in red tape but by seeking advice this can save you time and money in the long run,  HR is about getting the best out of the people you employ by developing them, managing and leading them correctly, to understand what motivates them in work and what can be can done to improve further their engagement to be more effective and efficient in contributing to your overall businesses performance, ensuring future growth and security reaching and exceeding business goals and profits.
